Good to know.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan your poster and the card opens in their phone's browser. They can add it to their home screen if they like.
What do I need at the cart?
Just your phone with a camera and signal. If the camera won't play ball, type the 6-letter code shown on their card instead.
Can someone stamp their own card?
No. Stamps can only be added from your logged-in dashboard, and scanning the same card twice in a row is blocked.
Can I change the reward later?
Yes, any time. Change what they get and how many stamps it takes from your dashboard.
How do I cancel?
Tap "Manage billing" on your dashboard and cancel. No phone calls, no notice period.
What do you store about my customers?
Their first name, their stamps and visits, and an email only if they choose to give one. Emails let them recover a lost card and, if they tick the box, get your updates.
What if a customer loses their card?
They tap "Find my cards" and we email it back, or you find them in your customer list and they scan their card back onto their phone.
